InterCHARM.kiev.ua - about perfumery and cosmetics market from professionals

For the period of 9 months (from July 2009 to March 2010) Ukrainian specialized perfumery and cosmetics chains had opened 73 shops in different regions of Ukraine.

In March 2010 an inauguration of the first in CIS official store of clothing and accessories Ferrari Store took place in Kyiv. The total area of the store is 640 sq.m.

Since March 1, 2010 a business division of the company P&G - Salon Professional has been reorganized into distribution division in the territory of Ukraine, and the company Wella Ukraine has gained exclusive rights to distribute the trademarks Wella Professionals, Londa Professional and System Professional.

According to the data of Ukrainian national search resource META.ua, in 2009 activity of cosmetics and perfumery sector in the segment of Internet-commerce has considerably grown. By all appearances economic circumstances made the owners of shops think intensively about costs reduction and sales stimulation.

Perfumery and cosmetics chain of the lux-class Jan opened in December 2009 a new sales outlet with an accent to niche perfumery and cosmetic products.
