We have the honor of revealing to you that Cosmetic Expo Media ltd. (the organizer of the significant International Perfumery & Cosmetic Exhibition InterCHARM-Ukraine) and Estet CC (the organizer of the main Ukrainian Professional Event in beauty industry - Estet Beauty Expo) announce the amalgamation of the companies since June, 1, 2009 with the purpose of creation of the most powerful single operator in beauty industry of Ukraine.

According to decision of the shareholders of amalgamated company, the accrued company will work under the legal name Estet Company, uniting 60 employees and saving all the directions of both companies’ activities.
All procedures on amalgamation of the companies are planning to be completed till the end of 2009.
Such amalgamation is the first experience at the Ukrainian market and it will allow extending the spectrum of the offered services for the clients of both companies, to develop and strengthen products and services sales channels.
Both companies in the past were connected by prolonged partner relations. As the result of the amalgamation all the earlier functioning educational and editing projects are saved.

Estet Company is the publisher of four professional magazines:
- Les Nouvelles Esthetiques Ukraine is the magazine for specialists of beauty salons and aesthetic clinics;
- KOSMETIK international journal is the edition for specialists in the field of cosmetology and applied aesthetics;
- HAND & NAILS + Nail Service is directed to the specialists of nail industry;
- Your Hair is the magazine for hairdressers and their clients
and also the company is the creator and moderator of the informational professional portal

Cosmetic Expo Media is the editor of professional editions:
- YOU Professional is the magazine for professionals in hairdressing;
- Cosmetic Market Today is the informational and analytical bulletin for specialist in perfumery and cosmetic field
and is the creator and moderator of perfumery and cosmetic portal www.intercharm.ua
