Since March 1, 2010 a business division of the company P&G - Salon Professional has been reorganized into distribution division in the territory of Ukraine, and the company Wella Ukraine has gained exclusive rights to distribute the trademarks Wella Professionals, Londa Professional and System Professional.
The general assortment proposal for clients will not be changed – all professional brands of Procter & Gamble (Wella Professionals, System Professional and Londa Professional), as well as all the novelties, initiatives, actions and hairdressing service will be offered to the clients of the company Salon Cosmetic Service Ukraine in the same volume and of the same quality as they were before.
Jurgen Draudt, the regional manager of P&G Salon Professional CEEMEA said: «The decision was made after careful analysis of market structure and needs of Salon Professional in Ukraine. The work with distributors proved to be successful in many categories and at many markets». “We consider a new model of cooperation as the best opportunity for successful development of our business since 1996.
